Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Returns and Refund policies.

We accept payments through PhonePe and other standard online payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery where available.

  • All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers

  • We do not store full payment card, bank, or UPI details

  • Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or payment service providers.

7. Shipping, Delivery Timelines, and Logistics Disclaimer

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days after confirmation

  • Courier partners may include Blue Dart, DHL, or any available logistics partner at the time of dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics partner, or unforeseen circumstances

The Zen Edge is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
